Robert Welch is a co-founder of FEDCAS and serves as General Manager. He served in the US Army Military Intelligence Branch for six years as a field Counterintelligence Special Agent focusing on personnel security investigations, and later as a HUMINT Case Officer assigned to a special office supporting the Assistance Chief of Staff – Intelligence. After leaving the military Bob worked for the remainder of his career in the high tech materials and pharmaceutical clinical trials industries. Since its founding in 2012 Bob has conducted many consultations for FEDCAS clients, and has made numerous presentations at security conferences and to corporations regarding personnel security investigations and adjudication guidelines. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina, and a MBA from the University of Maryland.
